Do you accept international orders? We accept orders from most countries, except the following, due to credit card fraud: Afghanistan, Benin, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, Turkey, and Yugoslavia. No offense.
How long do international orders take? International orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus ship time. International orders shipped by USPS First Class will not be tracked beyond departure. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.
How long do domestic orders take? Domestic orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus shipping time - USPS Priority 1-3 Business Days, USPS First Class 1-5 Business Days, Media Mail 3-10 Business Days.
Payment options for ordering? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you choose to complete your order using PayPal, you will have the option to pay with your PayPal account, Credit Card, or Bank Account. If for some reason you are not directed to PayPal, please do not place another order! Navigate to My Account and find your invoice/link to resume the PayPal payment process.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
We offer an Exchange Only Return Policy. There is a $5 fee on all exchanges for shipping and handling, unless the item is exchanged due to a defect or shipping error on our part. We accept credit card, cash/check/money order or paypal exchange payments. If you find it necessary to exchange your order, please print and complete a Hello Merch Exchange Form and include it in your exchange package. To view the form PDF you must have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
Will available items purchased with pre-orders ship separately? No. Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.
What if need to change my shipping address for a pending order?

My order shipped, but I've moved/entered my shipping address incorrectly. You will be notified when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
